Shipping Transit Times and Rates
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or holidays.
Shipping estimates are from the time the selected shipping service receives your package. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method at checkout.
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are calculated based on data directly from the carrier and the region in which we are shipping to + the weight of the items in your cart.
Damaged, Lost or Delayed Packages
Redbanks is not liable for any products damaged, lost or delayed during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
