RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your order and would like to return, please reach out to us at info@redbankssupply.com to begin the process. Be sure to include your order number.
- We will happily accept the return IF all requirements listed below are met:
- The product must be returned in its original condition :
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Within 14 days from the date the product was delivered from our warehouse – no exceptions will be accepted past this window
- The product must be returned in its original condition :
- If there are any signs of wear, or any of the previously listed requirements are not met, we will not accept the return & it will be returned back to you
- There is a shipping & handling fee of $7.77 for all returns. This will be deducted from your refund.
- Once we have received & accepted the item in its original condition, you will receive a refund on the original form of payment. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on any discounted products. No exceptions.
International sales are final. No returns will be accepted at this time
